Meet Paige! We finally got together to do her Senior Portraits after having to cancel due to rain! It worked out for the best as it was a beautiful day. The weather was perfect! Paige was so laid back and easy going. She made my job easy! I was surprised to learn that she lettered in football! She was a trainer on the team. Meet the Plutnicki Family! I met them through the RAYSL league this past spring. I couldn't believe how close this brother and sister are. It is so sweet! Their dad asked me to come and take pictures of their whole family. Like most families, it is hard to get everyone together at the same time! This gathering was due to the recent wedding of his sister. (Congratulations!) This is a wonderful family. They have a great sense of humor and I had so much fun working with them! Thursday August 26 was the annual LHS MBB Pie Festival. They had a wonderful turnout! It is the first social event of the school year and all of the fall sports are recognized. I was invited to help shoot Shauna and Dustin's wedding by Dawn of Photos In The Field. (Click her name to go to her website!) Shauna was amazingly calm before the wedding, and together Dawn and I, along with her assistant Megan, were able to capture some great shots! Unfortunately, due to prior obligations, I was only able to shoot the ceremony itself, but the photo below is my favorite shot that I captured. The first kiss as husband and wife is my favorite part of the ceremony! I absolutely love shooting weddings! It is truly amazing to be able to watch each couple start the beginning of their life together! Shauna and Dustin, I wish you abundant love and happiness in your new life together! Thought I'd share a few photos with you. These photos were taken on one of our many trips to the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee! It is absolutely beautiful there! If you get the chance to go, take it!

A mama and her cub...she had three of them! You don't want to get too close though! It's good to have a good zoom lens!

We were on the road above and found this beautiful mama across the river from us! If you look closely, you can see her baby's legs behind her:)

Meet a young man known as What! I had the pleasure of meeting him and his family on a snowy night! He was very quiet and reserved, but his little sister was very outgoing and kept me on my toes and laughing the whole time she was there! I still have to work on a few pictures I took of the two of them together, and a very special pose of her alone! What, you have a wonderful family! Thank you for welcoming me into your home! Palmer Family

Meet the Palmer Family! I am honored that I was able to meet this wonderful family and do a family portrait session with them. Two of their sons are in the Navy and were lucky this year to have their leave overlap for two days. On the second of these two days, I was welcomed into their home for this session. I had a wonderful time meeting them and working with them. I truly love what I do! I hope that this session helps out when you all are unable to be together! In addition to the traditional team and individual photos, we also do "friends photos". They go all out for the friends photos and it is so much fun! They are off to a great start this year! A former senior portrait client of ours called and wanted to do a family portrait session for her parents for Christmas. I thought that this was a wonderful idea! So I couldn't post their video until after Christmas so that I wouldn't spoil the surprise! I had a great time with them! Here is one sweet ride! It belongs to a very good friend of mine. He wanted some pictures of it, so we took advantage of the unusually warm weather and got some great ones! I had some fun with the post processing and this is one of the ones that I came up with! I think that it is my favorite! Thanks for letting me take these photos! It was so much fun! Meet Bethany! Bethany is a wonderful girl that I know from the band. We got together and did her senior session at Fort McIntosh in Beaver. She is interested in Civil War history, so this was the perfect place for her portraits! I really love how unique they are! I am always up for an adventure, and this was a very educational one! Meet Evan! We actually got a nice day for his Senior Portraits, although it was a bit chilly! Evan is in a band, and is also into swords, which led to some neat portraits! He brought his family along for his session and they were great! As we were walking up to the tracks, a train came, so we seized the moment and got some really unique shots! my beautiful girls! Fall is my favorite time of year. We took advantage of a beautiful day, which lately are hard to come by with all the rain we've been having! They are growing up so fast and it seems as if every day goes faster! I'm so happy that I got to record this moment in time. Now if I could only stop them from growing up! No, seriously, everyday is a new adventure and I wouldn't trade a second of it! I Love You Girls!

Sam ~ Class of 2010

Caution!!! Image overload! Meet Sam! We had some trouble getting Sam and his family to our first spot due to some detours, but once we got started, it was great!! Sam is in a band, and brought along his two guitars. He plays very well, as I got to listen while I took some pictures! Sam brought his mom and sister with him and we had some laughs! We had a scary moment on our way up to the tracks, as there was a civil war re-enactment going on and they were shooting muzzle loaders in our direction! All in all, it was a great day! We got so many great shots that it was hard to narrow it down! Sam, have a great Senior Year! It will go by all too fast! Good luck in your future pursuits!

The LHS girls tennis team, of course!! I had the honor of photographing them last week. Again, the weather put a damper on the photographs. I was not able to do the poses that I wanted to do, as it had rained all day and the wind was very harsh! But we got them in and had a little fun doing them! Girls, have a great season! This past Friday, I had the honor of photographing Megan and Matt's wedding. Megan is the sister of my best childhood friend, so this one was very special to me! I have a lot of great memories from when we were younger! They had some obstacles on the day of their wedding: heavy rain, getting stuck behind a car accident on their way to their wedding, but in the end it was beautiful! Megan and Matt were surrounded by their immediate families. As we stood in the gazebo in the pouring down rain, you could feel that love was in the air! Megan and Matt, I wish you the best that life has to offer! And if the old adage is true that if it rains on your wedding day it means good luck, you will have a ton of it!
